Pedro Duque, Minister of Science, Innovation and Universities, visits the TITAN Electronic Microscope
On Tuesday, June 4th, the Campus of Puerto Real received the visit of the Minister of Science, Innovation and Universities, Pedro Duque, along with the Delegate of the Government of Spain in Andalusia, Lucrecio Fernandez, and the subdelegate in Cadiz, Jose Pacheco.

 

During this visit, several Campus centres were visited, including the Faculty of Sciences, in order to get to know one of the equipments that place the University of Cadiz at the forefront of structural research into materials at a subatomic scale: the FEI Titan Cubed Themis microscope.

 

Once the visit was over, the Minister concluded that the University of Cadiz “is acquiring a level to be proud of”.
