SEAL OF EXCELLENCE IN EUROPEAN RESEARCH HUMAN RESOURCES

In 2020, the University of Cádiz achieved the HRS4R ‘Seal of Excellence in Research Human Resources’ for all its units, awarded by the European Union to institutions that establish an action plan to implement the guidelines of the Charter and Code for Researchers. This contributes to increasing the visibility and prestige of the University of Cádiz as a magnet for talent.

Having this seal certifies that the institution has adhered to the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.

IMEYMAT has regularly participated in various talent attraction programmes: both European (Marie Curie) and national (Ramón y Cajal, Juan de la Cierva, Beatriz Galindo and María Zambrano), as well as those run by the Regional Government of Andalusia (Emergía and postdoctoral calls). More than 20 IMEYMAT researchers have joined from international and national centres thanks to grants from these excellence programmes.
